1. Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
  • A fee will be charged for each deposit and withdrawal transaction.
2. Bank Transaction Charges
  • Merchants are responsible for covering all respective bank transaction charges incurred during each payout transaction.
3. Fund Sharing for Withdrawal
  • The balance from deposit funds can be used for withdrawals, allowing merchants to utilize their deposit funds for payouts.
4. Withdrawal-Only Service
  • Merchants opting for withdrawal services only must maintain prepaid credit through the internal top-up service.
  • The internal top-up service is free of charge.
5. Overdraft Facility
  • An overdraft facility is available, subject to the following conditions:
  • The merchant must have been active for at least 2 months.
  • The overdraft amount must not exceed the merchant’s daily average deposit volume.
  • The overdraft must be repaid by the next day. Failure to repay within the given timeframe will result in additional charges.
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply.
6. Risk Guarantee
  • We provide a risk guarantee for the merchant’s deposit fund up to USD 10,000.
  • This guarantee applies under the following conditions:
  • The merchant’s bank account and funds are frozen, whether upon settlement or at a later time.
  • A settlement instruction has been provided through our customer service, and the funds remain parked with us for more than 24 hours.
7. Bank Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to refund on behalf of the merchant upon an official request by the bank due to reported phishing or fraud cases as a risk mitigation effort to safeguard further action and investigation on our bank accounts.
By using our services, merchants agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
